Dave has moved and everything is for sale! This sale has a shop full along with a house full. Ladies, don’t get discouraged; there are some nice kitchen items that you may want for your home! The décor of this house was more manly. Dave had tools scattered throughout the house and fishing items everywhere. Take the short drive to this property to pick up some neat items! This house is all on one level, so that means no stairs at this property! There are large trees that drop limbs and nuts, so be careful outside. This house is going to be torn down. If there is anything that you would like to purchase, I am open to talking to the owners to see if that is a possibility. The featured items include general shop tools, an anvil, multiple rolling carts, new kitchen items, vintage items, fishing, shooting, and general household merchandise. Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it.
