Location From Oxford, KS go East on HWY 160 to 11th Rd and turn South to 172nd. Entrance is located on the Northeast corner of the property. Description 118.5 +/- acres with 104.4 acres of farmland and 82.4 acres of cropland along the Arkansas River. There is approximately 60 acres of wheat presently. The Arkansas River flooded in the summer of 2019 and deposited about 20 acres of sand on the north side of the property taking that portion out of crop production.
