Sharon has decided it is time to move closer to family. That also means she needs to downsize. Most everything is in like-new condition and is ready for a new home! We have furniture, kids’ toys, glassware, a flatscreen TV, grill, clothes, holiday décor, crafting supplies, handmade quilts, jewelry, general household goods, antiques and collectibles, and so much more! You don’t want to miss your chance on grabbing items while you can. This will be a one-day loadout, and no signs will be able to be placed in the area. Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Most items are located downstairs and will need to be hauled upstairs by you and your help. There will not be any help at this loadout to help haul any items.
