Kindly be aware: Over the years, the home has been enjoyed by smokers, and there is a noticeable musty aroma in the downstairs area. If you're particularly sensitive to odors, keep this in mind when you arrive to pick up your treasures. To streamline the liquidation, some lots are generously sized, so shipping is not available and you must bring your own muscle for loading and transporting items.
