HIGHLIGHTS/AUCTIONEERS NOTES: We've got a good one coming at you out of Oklahoma City. The Estate of Annette Berry offers up a little bit of everything for everyone. This is a two-part sale as we peel away the layers of this estate. Auction #1 is focusing on the main level of the property, the contents of the sheds, and mostly what we like to call in the industry, "smalls." Most of the furniture will sell in the second auction, so stay tuned for updates on that one. Ms. Berry was an avid collector of dolls, so you will see plenty of that here today, but you will also see a nice selection of other collectibles and antique pieces along with some general household and useful everyday items. Everything Sells to the Highest Bidder with NO Reserves and NO Sales Tax. Limited shipping is available at the buyer’s expense. We are on the road for this one and will try to ship everything right out of the house ourselves. However, we do reserve the right to utilize a third-party shipper for this sale depending on what you purchase. Please note that this property has been sitting vacant for a while. It appears it was a pet-friendly home at one time and even was possibly smoked in. Everything sells the way it sits, the way it was photographed, dust bunnies and all. Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it.
