Access is good; located on the Arlington blacktop; a nice slightly rolling tract of good farm ground; all open ground, buyer will receive immediate possession.

Terms: $15,000.00 non-refundable down payment on sale day, the balance due in 30 days, not contingent on obtaining financing. Taxes $1,162.81 to be prorated at closing. No buyers premium charged.

 

Mineral rights on both tracts transfer to the buyer. Seller will provide clear title insurance for the buyer on both tracts, buyer shall pay for the closing fee of $500.00 to the title company on each tract.
