The soil types on the property consist of Palermo-Knox complex, 10 to 18 percent slopes, Palermo silty clay loam, 18 to 30 percent slopes, and Knox silt loam, 3 to 7 percent slope. The crop production on the property is rotated between corn and soybeans. There has been no conservation work completed on this farm.
