This couple has been involved in Clearwater for many years. They have been involved in business and friendships over the years, and this is an auction to clear out the old and bring in the new! A family member will take over this home and start their lives in this town, anew! We have been tasked with cataloging and describing all these items, so don’t be alarmed if we use the word “vintage” too often! There is a lot of variety in the items, and they are all very vintage. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it.
